Transcarpathian Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology informs that on December 4, 2016, in Transcarpathian region, cloudy weather with clearings, no significant precipitations are expected. On the roads there will be ice covering. North-west wind, 5-10 m / s. Air temperature will be -5 to -10°C at night, -4 to +1°C during the day, in the mountains, in some places, up to -12°C at night, -5 to -10°C during the day.

In Uzhgorod, cloudy weather with clearings, no significant precipitations are expected. In some places, there will be ice covering on the roads. North-west wind, 5-10 m / s. The temperature will be -5 to -7°C at night, around zero during the day.

Warning about natural and dangerous meteorological phenomena, sudden weather changes: During December 4th, ice covering is expected on the roads of Transcarpathian region.
