UAH 7 million 350 thousand is provided in the 2018 regional budget for the capital construction department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. This amount is indicated in the list of objects, which will be funded this year at the expense of development budget.
This includes: UAH 4.2 million for the construction of social-cultural objects, educational and medical institutions. In particular, more than UAH 1.5 million is allocated for the construction of a kindergarten in the village of Fanchikovo in Vynogradiv district; UAH 400 thousand – for the second stage of the construction of a secondary school in the village of Tekovo in Vynogradiv district; UAH 1.3 million – for a secondary school in the village of Vyshka, Velyky Berezny district; UAH 450 thousand – for the construction of the Obstetric and Gynecological Ward of the Rakhiv District Hospital and UAH 500 thousand – for the Beregovo District Hospital.
In addition, UAH 300 thousand is allocated for repair and restoration works at the architectural monument of the national significance of Uzhgorod castle; UAH 1.1 million – for the construction of a monument to victims of the 1932-1933 Holodomor in Ukraine; UAH 1.5 million – for the construction of a monument in the city of Uzhgorod to the people, who gave their lives for Ukraine during the ATO.
Also, UAH 250 thousand is provided in the main financial document of the region for this year for the preparation of design estimates for the construction of the narrow-gauge railroad station in the village of Kushnytsia Irshava district.
UAH 1 million 185 thousand is provided in the current year for the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the Regional State Administration, including UAH 1 million for housing construction – 2 apartments for ATO participants, members of their families and internally displaced persons.
