On May 7, at 14:00, in the Bozdosh park in Uzhgorod, the race under the title WINGS FOR LIFE WORLD RUN will be held for the first time. It is a global charity race, which aims to raise funds to find treatments for spinal cord injuries.
The participants around the world start simultaneously, thus uniting the six continents. Among the participants, there are beginners and experienced runners, professional athletes and participants in wheelchairs. The race will take place according to the unique rules.
A unique feature of the race is that participants run not TO the finish, but FROM it.
The event takes place at the initiative of the Uzhhorod Running Club, and with the assistance of partners.
