The winner projects of the Public Initiative Budget-2018 have been identified in Uzhgorod

Today, there was a meeting of the expert commission, where the results of the voting on the projects were summed up. Recall that you could have supported any project until March 30, 2018 – by online voting or casting ballot papers into the box in the Center for Provision of Administrative Services of Uzhgorod City Council.

So, according to the results of vote count, the following 3 small projects and 5 large ones are the winners:

Small projects

1. Project 26. The arrangement of the classroom for the subject "Protection of the Fatherland" at the school 20 – Lyceum "Leader". Number of votes – 1928.

2. Project 42. Youth Center "Plast House". Number of votes – 1347.

3. Project 9. The arrangement of the playground "Children’s Dream" at Bobyak st., 1. Number of votes – 1324.

Large projects

1. Project 25. Construction of a modern football field on the territory of the school 20 – Lyceum "Leader". Number of votes – 2052.

2. Project 5. Children’s playground (Mikhail Lomonosov street). Number of votes – 1777.

3. Project 6. Artificial cover of the multi-sport site (Mikhail Lomonosov street). Number of votes – 1766.

4. Project 17. Safe and comfortable neighbourhood (Mikhail Lermontov street). Number of votes – 1766.

5. Project 56. Organization of the adjoining territory for the needs of a large community (Mynaiska st., 67). Number of votes – 1733.

As noted by the chairman of the meeting, the Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod, deputy mayor Igor Fartushok, there are many questions about the voting procedure, but they must follow the current provisions on the Public Initiative Budget of Uzhgorod. However, it is already evident that a number of changes will have to be made to the provisions.
