According to the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Hydrometeorology, during the day on November 13, in most of Transcarpathian region and the city of Uzhgorod, heavy rains are expected. In some places, southeastern wind will increase up to 17-22 m / s.
On November 13-14, on the rivers of the region, water levels are expected to increase above the levels as of 20.00 on November 12 by 0.3-1.0 m, in the lower reaches of the Borzhava – by 1.0-2.0 m within the native banks.
