Today, October 3, the Medical and Social Rehabilitation Center "Way of Life" celebrated the 17th anniversary of its establishment. It is a charitable, non-profit organization offering comprehensive rehabilitation of physically and mentally handicapped children and young people aged 0 to 40 years, ensures social protection of rights and interests of the clients and their families. In this regard, the celebrations took place in the complex "Zolota Hora" with the kind assistance of Tetyana Ledyda. Representatives of charities and government organizations, the media, sponsors and other guests were invited to celebrate the birthday of the "Way of Life".
Staff and wards of the Center were especially glad to see Uzhgorod Mayor Stepan Sember, who, holding that post in 1999, did everything in his power to have this institution founded in the city. Now, speaking to those, who celebrate this date for the 17th time, Stepan Sember said: "It is important not only to achieve a goal, but also to stay afloat. And the Center "Way of Life" has not only stayed afloat, but is confidently moving forward. And we have to thank its director Oleg Kyrylenko for it."
Students of the Uzhgorod Art School performed for the guests with a concert.
And in the end, there was a press conference for Transcarpathian media.
