The situation is calm at the border of Transcarpathia, at the crossing point of Nyzhni Vorota for the time being. The crossing point works in its normal mode. There are no trucks with Russian license plates. The message is reported by "Chas Pik", referring to the official site of Hennadiy Moskal.
They also informed that some Russian drivers attempted to get to the country borders of the European Union through Transcarpathia during the night. However, their vehicles were returned by the activists. These trucks had been waiting for the right time to drive through Nyzhni Vorota to the EU on the border of the Lviv region and Transcarpathia.
As the uzhgorod.in has reported before, the "Pravyi sektor" and volunteers blocked the way for the Russian trucks in Transcarpathia. Negotiations were held between the participants of the blockade, the law enforcement officers and the causers of the conflict.
Negotiations resulted in letting the trucks drive in any direction.
The governor stated that the conflict is not resolved yet. To the mind of Mr Moskalj, this has to be done by the government. He says that the government must take necessary measures concerning the transit of Russian trucks. Otherwise, similar situations may recur on the whole territory of Ukraine.
As it is known, activists demand from the Ukrainian government to forbid on a legislative level the trading activities of the aggressor on the territory of Ukraine.
The way is free for everyone EXCEPT Russian trucks after what happened yesterday, reports Alla Hayatova on her Facebook page. Due to the unclear Mr Moskal’s appeal on "unblocking" the roads, she asks journalists to take interviews from the participants of the actions and the coordinators of the roads.
