In Transcarpathia, the pedophile who molested a three-year-old boy has been sentenced to 15 years in prison – reported the press service of the Office of the MIA of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region.
"By the verdict of the Uzhhorod district court the 24-year resident of Uzhgorod district, engaged in sexual abuse of a 3-year old boy has been sentenced to 15 years and 3 months of imprisonment."
Previously convicted young man worked as a farm laborer in the household of one of the families in a village of Uzhgorod district. As it was revealed in the course of the investigation, he repeatedly forced their three year-old son to satisfy his sexual lust in unnatural way.
The young man was prosecuted under the Criminal Code, Art.153, Part 3 (sexual assault committed against a minor) and Art.156, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of minors).
