The Ministry of income and taxes are considering the option to determine real incomes of citizens through Facebook, the Ekonomichna Pravda warns.
According to the head of the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine Oleksandr Klimenko, the tax service engages the world’s leading consulting companies to introduce universal declaration of income.
Klimenko gave the example of the UK tax authority, which determines the income and expenses of citizens, comparing over 25 different databases, including posts on Facebook.
