The Street Workout Championship of Tarnscarpathia will be held in Rakhiv (Announcement)

On July 3, 2016, the best workouters of Transcarpathian region will gather on the central square of the city. During the competition, there will be the selection of the best athletes for the participation in the championship of Ukraine.

The championship will be held on portable bars, apparatuses and a special stage which will be set up in the center of Rakhiv. In addition to the competition, the organizers promise spectacular performances of the best athletes, prizes, uplifting music and performaces of local groups.

The competition will take place in several categories:

– Push-ups on sports bars with additional weight of 48 kg;

– Freestyle;

– Pulling up on a bar with the additional weight of 32 kg.

The judges of the regional championship will be the champion of Ukraine of 2015 in freestyle Dmytro Malakhov, the medalist of the streetlifting championship of Ukraine, the leader of the Street Workout movement in Khmelnitsky Vitaliy Feschuk, and the judge of the Championship of Ukraine in 2014-2015, the leader of the Street Workout movement in Vinnytsia region Vitaliy Vorokhob.

The guest of honor of the festival will be the president of the World Street Workout Organization Denys Minin.

Recall that in early June, the festival of healthy lifestyle "Workout Fest 2016" took place in Uzhgorod. There, Rakhiv district was represented by the biggest team from the village of Velyky Bychkiv. Many participants amazed the audience with their strength and dexterity.
