On June 26, the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic Society will close its 69th concert season with a concert of the variety brass band. The band will present the program of the best works from their repertoire with a focus on local authors due to the upcoming Constitution Day of Ukraine. Irina Filipenko (soprano), Daniela Yakobchuk (soprano) and Ivan Warhol (pipe) will delight listeners with solo performances. The director of the band is Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Spivak. The event will be hosted by the music historian Natalia PITSUR. The beginning is at 17.00.
The band plays a most diverse music – from classical to rock, from jazz to Latin rhythms. Each performance of this orchestra is always full of light and optimism, festive mood and incredible drive.
The concert season of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic will finish on this positive note, and after a short vacation the main concert institution of the region again will welcome music connoisseurs!
