At the session of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, deputies plan to adopt a program for support of small and medium enterprises in the region in 2015 – 2016. According to the Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko, the program is designed to create favorable conditions for the development and support of entrepreneurship, implementation of employment policies and investment strategies. According to the official, Transcarpathian business will have access to the mechanism of partial compensation for banks loans.
The main goal of the program for support of small and medium enterprises in the region in 2015 – 2016 is the preservation of the already achieved level and the creation of conditions for building of the new potential, which gradually raise this sector in quantitative and qualitative terms to the European and global level, will make it the basis of market economy model as in the developed countries.
In the next two years, they will continue the work on the financial support of entrepreneurship through the mechanism of partial compensation for banks loans granted to small and medium-sized businesses for investment projects.
It is proposed to allocate from the regional budget almost one million for the implementation of the business support program in the region for the next two years.
