The “reconstructors” of Narodna Sq. will be fired from the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration

Two officials involved in the organization of the "reconstruction" of Narodna Square will be fired from the Regional State Administration.

The first one is the Party of Regions member, the head of the department of economic support of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Schneider.

The second one is the director of the building management department of the Regional State Administration Volodymyr Biley. It is the department, headed by the latter, that was the commissioner of the notorious "reconstruction" of Narodna Square in the regional center.

Last summer, the prosecutors of Transcarpathian region initiated the procedural control in the criminal proceedings initiated over the fact of misappropriation of public funds during the performance of works on the reconstruction of Narodna Square. The amount of these funds is one million hryvnia.

Schneider will be dismissed by the end of the week, Beley – at the end of March.
