The preliminary classification in criminal proceedings on the case of Oleksiy Rizak has been changed for murder

  The crime classification in criminal proceedings on the resonant case of the death of the former Transcarpathian Governor Ivan Rizak’s son, Oleksiy, has been changed for murder (Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Investigations to establish the objective truth of the case are being conducted – informed the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
