The political part of the Association Agreement with the EU has been signed

In Brussels, the political section of the Association Agreement EU-Ukraine has been signed.

Heads of states and governments of the 28 EU countries and EU leaders with the participation of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk signed the political part of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine on Friday in Brussels.

Copies of the document were signed by Yatsenuk, the Chairman of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy, the head of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso and the leaders of 28 countries of the European Union.

In turn, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Deshchitsa thanked Euromaidan for signing: "Yes for EU! The Association Agreement has just been signed. Thank you Euromaidan and Ukraine! Thank you EU".
