As we reported, in Uzhgorod, a policeman was riding a tricycle in the pedestrian zone in the city center. When passers-by tried to stop him and call traffic police he ran over a girl and fled. The culprit was quickly identified, and later – fired from law enforcement agency.
Now this Uzhgorod resident… was forced to transfer money to help the Transcarpathian military.
This was reported on facebook by the coordinator of the Movement to support Transcarpathian soldiers Galina Yartseva.
"Yesterday, we received 15,000 UAH. Less the commission. We have been waiting for this money. It is a very didactic story. This money is the result of the settlement agreement in Uzhgorod. Do you remember this story?
So, Olena, the victim, dropped the claims and demands of compensation for bodily injury and suggested the perpetrator to transfer the money for the military. Olena, we wish you quick recovery and thank you for what you did!", – Galina says.
