The police returned to a 75-year-old the gate, that had been stolen from his yard

Vynogradiv district police officers detained a man suspected of stealing a fence from the yard of a local resident. Criminal proceeding has been initiated.

A 75-year-old resident of Vynogradiv reported to the police that unknown persons had stolen the gate from his yard.

Officers of the Criminal Police Sector found the suspect in the theft. It was a 37-year-old resident of Vynogradiv. The physical evidence was seized by the police and returned to the owner. Criminal proceeding over the incident was opened under Part 1 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft).
