Law enforcers have identified the driver, who damaged a car Opel on Myr street in Mukachevo and fled. The suspect will be prosecuted according to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses in court
On Myr street in the city of Mukachevo, while parking his car SKODA Octavia, the 42-year-old resident of Mukachevo damaged a car that was standing behind. Despite that, the man left the scene of the accident.
Officers of the Sector for Traffic Safety of the Mukachevo Police Department found the driver of the car registered in another state. The suspect in the traffic accident was found using the footage from video surveillance cameras.
Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the resident of the village of Strabychevo in Mukachevo district – under Art. 124 – Violation of traffic rules, which caused damage to vehicles and Art.122-4 – Leaving the scene of a road accident. The punishment for the culprit in the accident will be determined by the court.
