He demanded and received illegal benefit for the conclusion of contracts and subsequent transfer of budget funds for the work performed. Today, August 2, he was detained while receiving the third "tranche".
In addition, while conducting investigative and operational measures, other facts of obtaining unlawful benefit for the transfer of budget funds for work performed under contract were established.
At present, law enforcement officers are identifying other DSA officials who may also be involved in corruption schemes.
The head of the district state administration was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Pre-trial investigation is being carried out within the framework of a criminal proceeding opened according to Part 3 of Article 368 (Acceptance of a proposal, promise or obtaining of an illegal benefit by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
