The photo exhibition “War for Peace” opens on October 29

October 29, at 15:00, in the Centre of Slovak Culture in Uzhgorod, on the initiative of the NFO "Transcarpathian Community" and supported by the NGO Cultural and Educational Organization "Matica Slovenska", the international exhibition "War for Peace" will begin its tour in Ukraine.

The aim of the exhibition is to show the life and struggle for the territorial integrity of Ukraine of volunteers, in particular soldiers of the separate consolidated assault company "Carpathian Sich" of the 93rd Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The works cover the period from the beginning of the war to the present days. Four photographers, risking their lives, were tsking the photos during a year.

The opening of the exhibition will be attended by the singer of the band "Chalamada", a volunteer of the "Carpathian Sich" Vasyl Polazhynets.
