The police made a record about this incident.
Recall that yesterday, in Uzhgorod, around 17:08, as a result of unauthorized earthworks, the medium pressure pipeline behind the "Uzhgorod" hotel was damaged.
Because of that, 22 streets of Uzhgorod were left without gas supply.
At night, the pipeline was repaired and today gas supply will be resumed.
The police started investigation into this incident. Preliminary classification of this criminal offense is under Part 1 of Art.292 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (impairment of gas mains).
The sanction of this article provides for a fine of up to 100 tax-free minimum incomes, correctional work, restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
