The new album “Until the sky ends” of the band “4ysla” as a new landmark of the musicians’ career (VIDEO)

Uzhgorod.in has repeatedly written about the group "4ysla", introduced fans of the band and just readers to their music. Stas Kopcha, the band bassist, talks about the new album entitled "Until the sky ends".

– The work on the album lasted from summer 2013 to autumn 2015. During this time, so much happened in Ukraine, the vector of public consciousness was changing its direction like a wind vane. The Revolution of Dignity, despicable and criminal actions of the Russian government, together with the occupation of the Crimea and Donbas, political intrigues of our local "elites" – all this and more gave impetus to changes in the immutable social status quo, especially in the minds of people. And in ours too.

The first album "Citizen of the crowd" was entirely focused on the individual, its main idea was "be individual". The album "Until the sky ends" is more focused on the community, we have expanded the thematic boundaries and appeal to the society as a whole. When we selected the songs for the album, some disappointment in the processes taking place at that time in society was already felt in them. As for the musical part, it also underwent very significant changes, at least, we think so.

We have a kind of motto, that our singer Hennadiy Donetsky came up with: we do what we can. This means that the final product presented to the audience is the embodiment of all our current capabilities, and in no case any less than that level. Whether it is high or not – it is not for us to decide, but we definitely put in the songs everything that we live and inspired by at the moment.

"Until the sky ends" was released on March 10, and this time we did something new for us. We signed a contract with the label "Comp Music Ltd", and now the new album is available for purchase on digital resources iTunes, Google Play, and others. We are an independent group, and this is the first real opportunity for us to communicate with the audience in such a way. Of course, over time the album will be available for free, but any proceeds will be used to develop high-quality sound of the group.

This is the band "4ysla" as they see themselves. It remains to see what the opinion of the audience will be. Vibird.net
