The Ministry of Health allowed to relax quarantine in Transcarpathia

Kyiv, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Cherkasy and Chernivtsi regions cannot relax quarantine. 
It is evident from the data of the Ministry of Health, the UE reported. 
The Ministry of Health relies on 4 indicators: bed occupancy, average number of tests, detection rate of COVID-19 infections and dynamics. 
From August 1, adaptive quarantine in the regions of Ukraine is introduced with 4 zones (green, yellow, orange and red) according to the level of epidemic safety. 
And from now on, by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 12, epidemic safety levels will be determined by 3 indicators: bed occupancy, number of tests and number of new patients per 100,000 population in the last 14 days.
