The management of the region congratulated the workers of the water management

On June 5, in the office of the Tisa River Basin Water Resources Department, there was a solemn celebration of the Day of Water Management Workers.

The industry workers received congratulations from the First Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council Mykhailo Popovich and the acting head of the RSA Mykhailo Rivis.

The water management has a special place, because Transcarpathia is among the leaders in the country in terms of water reserves. Nature has given us more than 20 thousand km of rivers and more than 400 million cu. m of groundwater. Congratulating the water management workers on their professional holiday, Mykhailo Popovich said that people working in this field deserved a special respect.  He thanked the veterans of the industry for their contribution to the development of water management in the region and assured that the regional government would continue to actively support Transcarpathian water management workers.  

Then, the best employees received diplomas of the Regional Council.
