The man who was robbing women in Uzhhorod has been caught

The inspectors of the police department in Uzhhorod have announced about suspecting two men in muggery. They are faced 4-6 years of prison.

Policemen have detained two men who were attacking lonely women on streets. A criminal process is being started against the wrongdoers (muggery and violence).

A man, 44 has attacked a woman on the Kerchenska street, Uzhhorod during daytime (by the way, it is a woman of foreign natioality who has come to visit her relatives in Transcarpathia). The wrongdoer has inflicted a punch in the woman’s face and tried to steal her handbag. Luckily, strangers helped the wome. They had caught the criminal and called the police.

Another man, 32 has offended a woman as well, but in another part of the city. It happened on the Zaliznychna street, near the railway station. He has taken away the woman’s handbag. Somewhat later, the man has been detained by the police.

What concerns the first criminal, he has been detained by the order of the court. The case of the second offender is being investigated.

Both of the criminals face 4-6 years of imprisoment, reports the police depatment of Uzhhorod.
