The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal approved the limits for the special use of natural resources of local importance in 2015.
In particular, this year, residents of the region will be allowed to harvest 1826.8 tons of blueberries and 4.57 tons of cranberries. This is ten times more than was allowed to gather last year. The highest limit is set for Volovets district – 427.2 tons of blueberries and 1.07 tons of cranberries.
