The territory in the center of Uzhgorod, at Novak st., 10, was sold under the guise of sheds for 269,000 UAH. The area of 233 square meters is assigned to the buildings.
This is the area, which is located in the city center, near Petofi Square. Previously, there was a courtyard of the Housing Office 1 and some sheds there. Legally, the sheds, but de facto, the land was sold at 1,160 UAH per square meter. Sheds have already been demolished, now, the construction site has appeared on the territory.
The buyer of the plot is "Green Building Consulting" LLC. The company is legally registered at the same address, where the sold plot is situated. This may indicate that sheds were sold to already known buyer. No auction for sale has taken place.
Recently, prosecutors of Uzhgorod reported that they had sent the mayor a request for information regarding the sale of the facilities at the said address.
