The first registration of vehicles brought 9 million

Local budgets received more than 9 million hryvnias as the fee for the first registration of vehicles

This amount of money has been transferred to the budgets of cities, towns and villages of Transcarpathian region by corporations and individuals.

Meanwhile, the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region remind that within ten days after the first registration of vehicles in Ukraine, entities must file a calculation of the amount of the fee for such vehicles. The calculation shall be submitted to the territorial authority of the Ministry of Income at the location of the legal entity and the place of registration of the vehicle. The form of the report is approved by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dd. December 21, 2012 № 1405 "On approval of calculating the fee for the first registration of vehicles." 

Experts of the Ministry of Income emphasize that the calculation must be supplemented with copies of registration documents, certified by the appropriate authorized state body of Ukraine performing the registration.

However, vehicles of homes for the elderly and disabled people, orphanages, boarding schools, boarding houses for veterans, geriatric houses, rehabilitation facilities for the disabled and handicapped children, financed from the state and local budgets, shall be exempt from paying the fee for the first registration.
