Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine Yuriy Vasyliovych Bodnar died today, September 25. It is known that the cause of death was coronavirus.
In the last days of his life, the famous artist was hooked up to a ventilator. Yuriy Vasyliovych’s wife is also infected and is under medical supervision.
The late Yuriy Bodnar was born on June 28, 1955 in the village of Dovhe in Irshava district, studied in the Ternopil region and lived in Uzhgorod.
He painted works in the technique of easel painting, in the genres of portrait, landscape and still life. Source.
