This was announced today, January 26, during a press conference by the head of the Aquarist Club of Transcarpathia Teresa Lazar. Yesterday, she won the 5th exhibition-competition of micro-aquariums in Lviv for the second time.
Nano-aquariums are aquariums with a volume of 15 to 40 liters. They are much harder to decorate than big ones, because it is necessary to choose the fish and plantlets which do not require large space. The design of the aquarium, which yesterday was acknowledged the best at the show, was created by the winner just in one day. By the way, they plan to send it to the international competition.
The exhibition of mini-aquariums will be held in Transcarpathia. The preparations will start on February 1, and the start of the event is scheduled for February 8. By then, about 15 participants have to complete their designs. The results will be announced on February 22.
