"Flower Garden" could be the title of the exhibition of artist Maria Mitrik, which opened in the "Uzhgorod" gallery.
Sunflowers, daisies, poppies and roses, that beautifully "look" from the paintings at the viewers – this is just a short list of flowers that Maria Mitrik likes to paint. This time, we can see flowers not only in paintings, but also real ones. Because the artist celebrates the anniversary, on May 1, she turned 65. The exhibition was organized on that particular occasion.
Maria Mitrik was born in the village of Dunkovytsya, Irshava district. In 1974, she graduated from Uzhgorod College of Applied Arts, the Department of Decoration.
In the period from 1977 to 2000, she worked as an artist designer in the "Khudozhfond." Maria Mitrik became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine in 2003.
