The delegation from Uzhgorod is gaining city management experience in the German city of Darmstadt

Under of the project SKEW "Quick Start Pack – Ukraine", the delegation from Uzhgorod is working these days in the twin city of the Transcarpathian regional center – Darmstadt in German. They are discussing common ideas, suggestions and experiences in various fields, new areas for developing partnerships and project proposals, and the concept of projects that are intended to be submitted for consideration under the program "Partnership Project for Sustainable Local Development" (NAKOPA). They are also discussing the effective continuation of youth, sports and cultural exchanges and cooperation. German experts are sharing the experience of inclusion of monuments to the list of UNESCO heritage sites. The program of the visit includes presentations of Ukrainian project concepts, visits to German utility companies, which provide the city with water and remove garbage.
