The solemn closing of the IX International Festival of Organ Music will be held on September 27 with the concert by the soloist of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic, Katerina Hazho (organ) and the symphony orchestra of the Philharmonic (conductor – Honored Artist of Ukraine Victoria Svalyavchik-Tsanko). The program will feature Sonata No.5 in C minor and Symphony No.1 for the organ and orchestra by the famous French composer F.-A.Guilmant. The event will be hosted by the music historian Natalia PITSUR.
The concert starts at 18.30.
Laureate of national and international competitions Katerina Hazho is a student of Natalia Vysich. The artist actively collaborates with other soloists and philharmonic groups and represents the Transcarpathian organ School in other cities of the country and abroad. In particular, in August, our soloist successfully performed at the XXV International Festival "Organové dni Jozefa Grešáka-2017" (Slovakia).
