For several years, nobody has touched the "remains" of the building on Slovynska embankment, which stands windowless and doorless behind a wooden fence.
For a long time, garbage has been accumulated there, and some even made it a "public restroom." But recently, they have begun to clean it up, take out the garbage and unwanted materials.
The next step is likely to be finishing, restoration and we will not be surprised if soon the building next to the Transcarpathian Regional Music and Drama Theater becomes a new shopping center.
