The band DZ’OB will perform in Uzhgorod (Announcement)

On December 9, DZ’OB – the band from Dnipro, which plays a mix of electronic and contemporary academic music – will perform in the ILKO Gallery.

In Uzhgorod, the band will present a new mini-album. The five track release entitled "Basement Suite", which is scheduled for December 1, will be the second in the discography of the band and will present new facets of the band’s music. The title of the album was chosen in accordance with the concept of classical suite composition with contrasting dynamic and genre transitions from techno to hip-hop, IDM and avant-garde. Also, according to the band members, the feature of this mini-album is the departure from musical citation of academic and electronic composers, which was present in the previous release of DZ’OB. 

The album was recorded in the Hi5 studio with the support of the Cultural Capital program. The tour starts on December 1 and will cover 6 cities of Ukraine.
