The Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod received 340,000 UAH as a gift

The Secretary of Uzhgorod City Council Victor Shchadey in 2013 received 466,500 UAH of income. This is stated in the declaration published in the newspaper "Uzhgorod".

The lion’s share of the money – 349,000 UAH – Victor Shchadey received from parents as gift. Mr. Shchadey also received 36,200 UAH from the state as unemployment benefits.

The Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod owns a flat, which, according to the declaration, he bought for the money from parents.

Shchadey also owns a car 2007 "Chevrolet".

Victor Shchadey has 131 UAH in the bank, and almost 100,000 UAH loan.

The Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Flenko over the past year earned 117,000 UAH. Of that, 16,000 UAH is a financial aid, apparently, from the budget of Uzhgorod.
