Teacher, lawyer, businessmen and millionaire: that’s who will probably head Transcarpathian district state administrations

Appointments have not been made yet, but some people have already caused outrage in the community, the Mukachevo.net writes.

It is currently known that Vyacheslav Dvorsky, the head of the Transcarpathian branch of Ukrgasbank, is to be appointed the head of the Uzhgorod District State Administration.

Teacher Volodymyr Hnatkivsky is a candidate for the head of Khust District State Administration. There is some information about him online. He was involved in the case of corruption offenses at the Higher Professional School 34 in the city of Vynogradiv.

Victor Tovsty is a contender for the head of the Irshava District Administration. Currently, Mr. Victor is a member of the Irshava united community and is a lawyer by education. He is also engaged in business activities. His "Tovsty & Partners" LLC provides information, advertising, business consulting and accounting services.

Mykola Pastukhov’s candidacy is being considered in Mizhhirya. According to the declaration, he lives in Uzhgorod. He has an apartment and a plot of land there. Until 2018, he was the director of the management company House Management Group, which was engaged in maintenance of apartment buildings.

He also owns shares in “Lvivenergo” PJSC and has declared two corporate businesses – “Uzh Manager” and “ECO Uzh” LLC.

The declaration was also submitted for the head of Perechyn District State Administration. There, they are considering the candidature of Igor Denysenko. Denysenko is a private entrepreneur. According to the declaration, he has an apartment in Kyiv region and a car Mazda, which is eleven years old.

Roman Tarabiy is being considered for the head of the Svalyava District State Administration. At the presidential election, Roman was a member of the DEC 68 representing Volodymyr Zelensky. 

A real landowner Andriy Biben is a candidate for the head of the Tyachiv District State Administration. The Biben family owns four plots of land, a wood processing shop, an office space and an apartment. However, everything except the apartment belongs to the candidate’s wife.

The family also has six cars. Two belong to Andriy Biben and four are owned by his wife.

Businessman Serhiy Lokhayivsky is being considered for the head of the Volovets DSA. This candidate has a modest wealth. An apartment and a ten-year-old car. The income is a little above the average in Transcarpathia.

The candidate for the Beregovo DSA is still unknown. It is rumored that Istvan Petrushka will most likely keep his position.
