14 attempts for illegal VAT refunds in the amount of 5.7 million hryvnias have been prevented. Six criminal cases over the established facts have been instituted. 2.1 million hryvnias worth VAT, unreasonably applied for refund, is under criminal proceedings.
The activity of 1 conversion center has been detected and stopped. As a result of testing economic entities of the real sector of the economy that have used their services, additional taxes in the amount of 4.2 million hryvnias have been received.
Activities of 16 clandestine manufactures of industry group goods, including 9 producers of counterfeit spirits, have been discontinued.
9.1 million hryvnias worth of goods has been seized from illicit trade, including 5.4 million worth of excisable goods – reported the State Tax Service in Transcarpathian region.
