The head of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda by his decree appointed his first deputy Igor Svyshcho as the head of the regional working group on combating illegal acquisition and takeovers.
The working group is a consultative and advisory body that makes suggestions to improve the legislation, particularly in the sphere of corporate relations, promotes interaction between government bodies, including law enforcement and executive public service, develops comprehensive measures against illegal acquisition and takeovers. The group also organize the work on collecting and monitoring information on cases of illegal acquisitions and takeovers and on the signs of crime
The first deputy chairman of the regional council Volodymyr Zakureny and the Deputy Governor Volodymyr Prykhodko were appointed as deputy heads of the group. The "anti-raiding" group also includes chiefs of the police, security service and tax service of the region.
