STS contact center mode of operation during quarantine

The Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine continues to provide advisory services to taxpayers.
Information support services can be received by calling 0 800 501 007 from 10am to 5pm (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
During non-working hours it is possible to leave questions using the service "Leave a question – we will call you".
You can also send questions and messages at idd@tax.gov.ua.
Please note that taxpayers can get answers to their questions at any convenient time using the Public Information Resource (ZIR). You can use ZIR through the official web portal of the STS or directly on the Internet.
The ZIR mobile apps can be downloaded for free through the App Store and Google Play.
