Stepan Halyabarda will perform in Uzhgorod with the program “I love you” (Announcement)

On May 18, at 18.30, the concert of the famous Ukrainian songwriter, Honored Artist of Ukraine Stepan Halyabarda will be held in the hall of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. This program is devoted to the 65th anniversary of the songwriter. The concert tour began last year and the concerts already have taken place in Chernivtsi, Lutsk, Vinnytsia, Mukachevo, in Ternopil, Lviv, Chernihiv regions.

The concert will feature both known songs by Stepan Halyabarda and premieres. Songs will be performed by honored artists of Ukraine Vasyl Voloshchuk and Oleksandr Ukhach, honored artists of Ukraine Igor Bilyk, winners of international competitions Olga Yevchenko and Oksana Radul, young singers. But most importantly, we will hear the best poems of the poet recited by himself.  

As any poet, Stepan Halyabarda is very sensitive to the current events in Ukraine and expresses his feelings through poetry. So, in collaboration with the famous composer Vasyl Voloshchuk, he wrote new songs: "Stop, enemy!", "Don’t sell Ukraine", "Heaven’s Hundred".
