Starting July 7, the train “Uzhgorod-Kharkiv” will be transporting only organized groups of children

In the additional train № 225/226 Kharkiv – Uzhgorod, only about 15% of passengers ride to the end station. In the stretch from Lviv to Uzhgorod, cars in this train are almost empty. These are the results of the analysis of demand for this route, conducted by the experts of the Ukrzaliznytsya. Because of this, it was decided to cancel the additional train № 225/226 Kharkiv – Uzhgorod, which was arranged for in periods of mass demand, starting from July 7. This train will be used for transportation of organized groups of children in the following days: from Kharkiv – 12, 25 of July and 4, 7, 27 of August and from Uzhgorod – 14, 17 of July and 6, 9, 29 of August.

From Lviv to Uzhgorod, travelers can choose any of the six trains: № 99 Kyiv – Uzhgorod, № 207 Kyiv – Uzhgorod, № 81 Kyiv – Uzhgorod, № 108 Odessa – Uzhgorod, № 829 Lviv – Uzhgorod and № 601 Lviv – Solotvyno.
