According to the document, it is the reconstruction of an attic above the private apartment №2 and the neighboring apartment №1 into a separate apartment. The commissioner is E. Turovtsi, the general designer is the MU "Architecture and Design Bureau of Uzhgorod City Council," the general contractor is A. Beseha. The supervision will be carried out by an engineer of the MU "Architecture and Design Bureau" V. Markovih, technical supervision – by V. Novak.
