Today (November 8) a "Peugeot" minivan with Ukrainian registration, driven by our countryman, heading to Slovakia, arrived at the border and customs control point "Uzhgorod". To cross the border the driver chose the "green corridor".
According to the press service of the Chop border guard detachment, the in-depth inspection of the car confirmed the latest information about possible illegal transportation of objects using caches: in the floor and the fuel tank of the vehicle they found 1208 packs of cigarettes of GLAMOUR and CHESTERFIELD brands with Ukrainian tax stamps.
Cigarettes and the vehicle for their illegal trafficking was seized, the cost of the "goods" and the car is being established.
