Since September this year, 102 babies have been born in Uzhgorod City Maternity Hospital

Today, on October 12, Uzhgorod City Maternity Hospital delivered 102 "baby boxes" to mothers with newborns. 35 of them are residents of Uzhgorod, the website of Uzhgorod City Council informs. Also, 99 packages were delivered through the Department of Labor and Social Welfare of Uzhgorod City Council. Recall that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers (№512), baby boxes, which include the most necessary things for newborns – clothes, diapers, baby cosmetics, toys, etc. – are issued to children that have been born since September 1 this year. In accordance with the approved Procedure, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons who legally live on the territory of Ukraine and have given birth to a child are entitled to "baby boxes". "Baby box" is delivered at the discharge of a newborn child from the maternity home.
