Yesterday, Svalyava police department received a complaint from an entrepreneur from Svalyava, who complained that the chairman of Shcherbovets village in Volovets district extorts 3000 hryvnia from him for the permission to harvest blueberries.
The village head was arrested in the course of operational activities during the bribe receiving on the premises of the village council. The officer pleaded guilty and made a statement of confession.
