Scandal: “Hoverla” takes “Avangard” stadium by force?

uzhgorod.in received a letter from the former chief accountant of "Avangard" stadium, who currently is the chairman of the stadium liquidation commission, Anna Karbovska complaining about the actions of "Hoverla" management at the stadium.
According to Anna Grygorivna the football club people headed by Ivan Shufrych absolutely do not want to reckon with sports complex staff and behave there, as a sole owners, though in fact there are no grounds for it.
"The club still has not signed a lease agreement, on December 30 last year, the city council session allowed them to rent only football fields, and only on June 20 they were allowed to rent the premises. All this was done in secret from us, and representatives of the club played master on the territory referring to oral permission by Victor Pogorelov," – says our source.
During this time, the stadium accumulated wage arrears of 160 thousand UAH, the liquidation committee was formed, which had to carry out the sale of the property to pay off debt. But here there was a problem. It turned out that the club management believes that all the property of the stadium already belongs to them, and therefore they are not going to buy it and they demand to be given the equipment for use. "We offered them the first right to purchase the equipment at prices specified in the documentation. Not to mention that for 17 months the club has been using our equipment and depreciated it by 20 thousand, while not paying a dime," – says Anna Karbovska.
So the liquidation committee decided to seal the warehouse with the lawnmower. Representatives of "Hoverla" broke the seal almost immediately and sent an employee to prepare the lawn for the match. A scandal burst out, with the participation of the head of "Hoverla" football fields and Ivan Shufrych. The latter accused the liquidation committee of deliberately damaging the property and intention to disrupt the match of Championship of Ukraine. Then the club put their own guards at the stadium gate who prevented access of the workers’ cars to the territory.
"I think it’s called raiding" – says Anna Grygorivna. – We wrote a complaint in every possible organization, but nobody responds. Today we wrote the third letter to the police. Hopefully at least now our problem receives some attention."
