Scammers paid a resident of Beregovo district with counterfeit money

The police seized the conterfeit note, the fraudsters are wanted.

In the morning, unknown persons came to the house of a pensioner from the village of Berehuyfolu in Beregovo district. They asked the hostess to sell them food, for which they paid with a 200 UAH bill.

The woman did not pay attention to the bank note, and found out that it was counterfeit later. The victim complained to the police about it.

The police seized the counterfeit banknote of 200 UAH denomination with obvious signs of forgery. It was sent for examination to the forensic research center at the MIA office.

The fraudsters, who cheated the woman, are wanted.
