Robert Horvat appeals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the GPU about illegal restrictions in vehicle registration certificates (DOCUMENT)

MP Robert Horvat, who had previously raised the topic of unlawful restrictions in new certificates of vehicle registration (the right to grant the use of a car to other persons can not be restricted), continues to "fight" with the system.

This is what he wrote on his facebook:

"The miracle did not happen. In responce to my appeal to prevent unlawful interpretation of the Law 1389 VIII and to check the actions of individuals, that led to the illegal restriction of the rights of vehicle owners, the Acting Director of the Main Service Center of the Interior Ministry Krykliy VA reported that they act as permitted by law.

As there are more and more complaints from car owners about issuance of certificates with unlawful restrictions, I consider it as evidence of corruption."

"In order to ensure compliance with the laws, I have sent the appropriate appeal to the Interior Minister and the Prosecutor General of Ukraine," – Robert Horvat said.
