The right to vote is exercised even behind bars. Specifically, at the penal institution of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine department in Transcarpathian region №9.
"The election at the PI №9 special station is taking place normally. More than 50% of the voters have voted! No violations during the voting were observed" – the site karpatnews informed.
